No definite date for the rebid.** The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining Improvements. Northview Ave. Sioux Falls, SD 57107 855.323.6342 tanyam@bannerassociates.com Questions Online Portal Each bid of $100,000 or greater must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10 percent of the amount of the bid, or in lieu thereof a certified check, cashiers check, or bank draft in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the bid Work in this area, defined as cleaning and pretelevising, must begin by June 1, 2025. The bidder will commence work under this contract and fully complete the project by October 31, 2025 The Contractor further agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $300 for each working day thereafter that the work remains un commenced It is understood that the right is reserved by the City of Sioux Falls to reject any or all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn during the period of days provided in the Contract Documents.
