The Town of Seymour invites sealed bids for the construction of PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT PLAN The Town of Seymour reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Invitation for Bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the contract to the lowest bid that meets the criteria set forth in the Invitation for Bid and is in the best interests of the Town. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Seymour is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer; Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The project consists of improvements to existing sidewalks and curbs along Route 115 in Seymour. The project includes striping and pedestrian facilities including accessible ramps. There will be several connections to existing concrete and asphalt sidewalks.
