Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Building 15 Relocation and Elevated Platform Remediation project addresses the 2020 Bond project goals of updating the campus public safety relocation needs, building 12 demolition, civil storm, access, parking lot and elevated platform remedial work. Public safety currently resides in Building 12 which is planned for demolition and is included in this project as the program will then need to be relocated to Building 15 The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request. Proposals may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons, including but not limited. The College reserves the right to obtain clarification of any point in a Proposal or to obtain additional information necessary to properly evaluate a particular Proposal. Failure of a Proposer to respond to such a request for additional information or clarification could result in a finding that the Proposer is non-responsive and consequent rejection of the Proposal The College may obtain information from any legal source for clarification of any Proposal or for information on any Proposer including, but not limited to, the Proposer's clients, police files, insurance files and agencies, credit bureaus and professional organizations. The College need not inform the Proposer of any intent to perform additional research in this respect or of any information thereby received. Refer to attached April 15, 2024 design report by Pivot Architecture and Charters. Other pre-construction services: CM/GC to assist in establishing a Target Value In summary the work construction budgets under this CM/GC contract is: B15 Relocation= $1.95M, AE TBD, prelim design and college planning report by Pivot Architecture dated April 15, 2024 Elevated Platform Remediation= $1.5M, AE TBD Site Access and Parking Lot= $600K, KPFF Civil B12 Demolition= $5.4M, Henneberry Eddy Architects Civil Storm Improvements= $200K, AE TBD GMP Estimate= $9.65M TOTAL The recommended goal for MWBE participation is 12% and the recommended goal for ESB participation is 10%. The selected proposer shall be required to provide the owner with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for 100% of the GMP amount. Both Bonds shall be furnished to the Owner prior to the start of construction. The selected proposer shall also be required to provide the Owner with certificates of insurance of the types and amounts stated in Insurance Indemnification requirements.
