Mattis Ave., Champaign, IL Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials including all shingles, underlayment, flashing, and drip edge. Existing gutters and downspouts to be reused. Repair/replace any damage sheathing plywood, fascia boards, and/or venting apparatuses. Replace with McElroy metal standing seam roofing system. Roughly 4,223 sqft. B. Dodds Park 4-Plex Softball: 1501 N. Mattis Ave., Champaign, IL Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials including all shingles, underlayment, flashing, and drip edge. Existing gutters and downspouts to be reused. Repair/replace any damage sheathing plywood, fascia boards, and/or venting apparatuses. Replace with McElroy metal standing seam roofing system. Roughly 5,161 sqft C. Dodds Park 3-Plex Softball: 1501 N.
