The failure or omission of any Bidder to examine any form, instrument, or document shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation in respect to his bid. A. The overall project will consist of the construction of a new 24-inch and 36-inch water main, 48-inch steel casing, associated appurtenances, existing tie-ins, erosion/sedimentation control, and equipment for the installation of the water mains. B. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Clear the site of trees, brush, fences, and obstructions occupying space needed for construction. No building or structure partially encroaching on the right-of-way or located so as not to interfere with construction operations, shall be removed unless specifically noted on the Drawings or directed by the Engineer. 2. Installation of approximately 272 linear feet of 24-inch water main, approximately 1,460 linear feet of 36-inch water main via open cut, 320 linear feet of 24-inch water main with a 48-inch casing via jack and bore, associated fittings, and appurtenances to complete the work. 3.
