Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bellflower, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide all labor, materials and services related to the installation of owner-furnished playground equipment and rubber surfacing at Pace Education Center. Project Duration: FORTY (40) consecutive calendar days Bid Security: A Bid Security of 10% of total bid amount is required to be submitted with bid form. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of section 22300 of the Public Contract Code. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. All questions are to be submitted electronically through Planet Bids only using the "Q&A" tab and will be due on April 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Any RFI submitted in any other format or in any other method shall go unanswered.
