City of Rogers is requesting qualifications for the proposed 2025 Professional Architectural Services, Land Surveying, Engineering Services, Land Acquisitions, Appraising and Material Testing. The City of Rogers is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms who are interested in performing Architectural Services, Land Surveying Services, Engineering Services, Land Acquisitions, Appraising and Material Testing for the City of Rogers. Statement of Qualifications will also be considered for any Architectural Services, Surveying, Engineering, Land Acquisition, Appraising and Material Testing needed for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Engineering firms should provide examples of excellent design following LID principles and NACTO, or other similar standards which emphasize pedestrian and bike safety. Selected firms will be expected to design sustainable infrastructure, complete streets and other mobility infrastructure assets, and environmentally and aesthetically sensitive stormwater systems. Demonstrated expertise in modern roundabout design is essential. The City of Rogers is a diverse and welcoming community that values each of its citizens.
