The City of Rogers is requesting proposals from qualified individuals firms for a stand-by contract for the clearance, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of disaster debris as directed by the City in order to eliminate immediate emergency threat to the public health and safety. Also required is the elimination of immediate threats of significant damage to improved public or private property and that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the affected community. Respondents shall provide disaster recovery technical program management assistance to City officials. Work under this proposal will be utilized on an as needed basis only. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any information in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. City of Rogers reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposals without consent of the owner.
