The project is expected to be awarded tonight.** Cherry Street Slope Reconstruction Estimated Contract Value: $260,000 The Work is generally described as follows: Repair a collapsed streambank using mechanically stabilized earth with riprap armoring and reconstruction of approximately 150 feet of roadway embankment and asphalt road surface. Question Deadline 01/27/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal A certified check or bank draft, payable to Washington Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The Contractor must abide by all laws and regulations applicable to locally funded public contracts, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, the Pennsylvania Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment clause, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids and Bid Security may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
