Site work and renovation of a civil project in Parsippany, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work will include but is not limited to the drilling of a new replacement well (known as Well No. 8-2R), as well as the installation of all necessary well appurtenances, raw water process piping, electrical improvements, integration improvements, building improvements, and related improvements for the complete installation of the replacement well and connections into the existing raw water infrastructure located onsite. With this project, the existing well (Well No. 8-2) is to be properly abandoned and decommissioned in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The contract will allow 120 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words "Well No. 8-2R Replacement." Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, NJ 07054, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above. All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from the Purchasing Agent. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq.
