**As of March 28, 2025 project was awarded to D. Torluccio Landscaping, LLC, awarded amount is $314,993.75** The work will include but is not limited to excavation, recording of existing conditions, backfilling and restoration of test pits. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Project Location: Various streets within the Mount Tabor area of the Township of ParsippanyTroy Hills, County of Morris, State of New Jersey Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so. Bid date notes: All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words "Test Pit Program Phase I". Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Blvd. , Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
