**As of July 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Metertek Utility Services, Inc, but the awarded amount is not available.** METER REPLACEMENT PROGRAM - PHASE II The work will include but is not limited to, the replacement of 5,418 existing interior and exterior water meters of sizes ranging from 5/8 inch (0.625 inch) to 1 1/2 inch (1.5 inch) that are to be furnished by the owner. Out of the 5,418 water meters to be replaced, approximately 897 will consist of exterior meter pits. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after installation activities. Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials as may be necessary, are identified as if and where directed bid items. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 360 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so.
