As of July 25, 2025, project was awarded to 4 Clean Up Inc. but awarded amount is not available. The project consists primarily of the milling and resurfacing of various streets at various locations within the Township including minor drainage improvements like resetting castings. Resurfacing limits may be sections of a road or entire streets as directed by the Township. A list of the specific streets and quantities will be provided prior to the start of construction. Major estimated quantities are as follows: Hot Mix Asphalt Milling, 3" or Less 85,000 S.Y. HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" Thick 10,800 Tons Concrete Curb 2,000 LF Granite Block Curb 1,000 LF Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick 1,000 SY Detectable Warning Surface 500 SF A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted by the bidder. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
