Site work for a water / sewer project in Parsippany, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project includes the following upgrades: Base Bid: I. Redevelopment of Production Well 8-3 as per Technical Specifications, Pump Testing, and Reinstallation of Original Pumping Equipment. II. Development of Test Well TB-8-3R as per Technical Specifications and Pump Testing. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Redevelopment Services for Production Well 8-3, and Development of Test Well TB-8-3R.” Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the specified date and time. All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from the Purchasing Agent. This base bid work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the date the contract is signed. Each supplemental bid item awarded shall increase substantial completion date by 14 days. The Township reserves the right to waive minor immaterial formalities and to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law.
