Police and Fire Academy Storm Drainage Improvements Twp. of Parsippany-Troy Hills Bid #B20-119 Police and Fire Academy Storm Drainage Improvements in the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation consisting of, but not limited to, 180 L.F. 42" HDPE Pipe, 100 S.Y.- HMA Channel Protection, 75 S.Y. RipRap Stone Slope Protection, 24" Thick (D50 = 12"), 85 Ton - Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course 2" Thick, 25 Ton - Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course, 5" Thick, in addition to other miscellaneous items. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid, payable to the County of Morris, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds and insurance as required by the County and the Division of Risk Management. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents.
