RFP Project Description: Lewis-Clark State College (LC State) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide elevator maintenance and repair services. Deadline to Receive Questions:January 13th 2025 5:00 PM Pacific Time Anticipated Selection/Award Date: February 10th 2025 Initial Term of Contract and Renewals:Five (5) year initial term. Following the Initial Term, the parties may extend the Contract under the same terms and conditions or as negotiated, on an annual basis, upon mutual written consent for five (5) subsequent one-year periods (each a Renewal Term). Contract start date is anticipated to be March 1 2025.
