The intent of this bid is to purchase Network Cabling and Installation. The specifications listed define a minimum level for features and performance. 2. Delivery of equipment and/or services shall be in accordance with FCC regulations and industry standards. 3. Equipment and/or services will be delivered to Independent School District No. 1 at 3317 12th Street, Lewiston, ID 83501. 4. Bidders must provide their SPIN on the Bid Sheet and in any response. 5. Factors determining the selection process include: Price of eligible goods and services (30%), Compatibility with District's existing infrastructure (25%), Price of ineligible goods and services (15%), Experience with Proposer (15%), and Responsiveness to RFP (15%). 6. This is an E-rate Category Two RFP and project and E-rate FY2025 funding approval and timelines will be necessary and in effect. 7. Bidder must identify any and all ineligible items and show those costs on the "Ineligible Goods and Services" line. 8. Proposals should be valid for a period of 180 days or greater.
