Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Beach upgrades. Scope to include: construction of an accessible playground and splash pad; expanded wildlife area; washroom renovations; landscaping; and accessibility improvements. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway. 2024 Master Plan has been endorsed by Council. Class Environmental Assessment has been completed. Next step is to seek funding through municipal budget process. Further project timelines have yet to be determined/confirmed. Further update summer 2027 *Landmark Engineers completed The Class Environmental Assessment. *Bezaire Partners completed the Master Plan.
