Division IV 32.8 Transmission Pipeline (Materials Only) The Kennewick Irrigation District (KID) is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the furnishing of materials only for the Division IV 32.8 Transmission Pipeline (Materials ONLY) project, related but not limited to, pipe, valves, fittings, and other appurtenant water work supplies. The materials include approximately 440 linear feet of 24-inch, 12-inch, and 10-inch pipe, and other related waterwork supplies. Included in the project is the delivery of all the materials to 5401 S. Garfield St. Kennewick, WA 99337. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be directed in writing, using the Request for Information form located in the appendices of the contract documents via email at dkapitula@kid.org or by calling Diana Kapitula, Staff Engineer at 509.586.6012, Ext. 129. KID reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to combine this contract with other contracts when considering contract award, and to accept any bid which it deems in the best interest of Kennewick Irrigation District. KID hereby notifies all bidders that it encourages and will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into, pursuant to this invitation, certified minority and women's business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to the invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
