Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a conference / convention center; for the demolition of a conference / convention center; for site work for a conference / convention center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #31.01 - Earthwork, Site Demolition, and Site Utilities BP #32.01 - Site Improvements (Site Concrete, Asphalt, Landscaping, Misc Site Improvements) The Project consists of an expansion to the existing Three Rivers Convention Center including new Exhibit, Pre-Function, Lobby, Back-of-House, and New Food Service space. Also includes addition of new Parking Lots and interior remodel and improvement to the existing Convention Center. Deadline for questions prior to bid is January 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT. Questions should be directed to Nick Lambdin at nlambdin@lydig.com The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
