Construction PFAS Treatment Projects - General and Electrical Construction This Project consists of two (2) contracts. Contract 1- General Construction PFAS Treatment Project generally consists of new treatment building, HVAC systems, interior piping, process equipment, exterior piping, precast concrete tanks, tank penetrations, draining, cleaning, testing, and related work, complete in place. Contract 2- Electrical Construction PFAS Treatment Project generally consists of the supply, construction, installation, testing and startup of the complete electrical systems as required to permit proper operation of all facilities constructed under Contract 1, complete in place. Each Bid must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or Bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Saegertown Borough. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after date of opening.
