Site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Grand Valley, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,412-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
* Owner does not release Bid Amount. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. The general project scope of work involves a new dressing room addition to the north side of the arena at the Grand Valley and District Community Centre. The work will involve interior renovations to the existing facility to support the renovation work, including but not limited to siding and liner panel improvements, existing corridor modifications, existing change room modifications, and office / staff washroom facility renovations. The scope of work also requires the modifications to the site to accommodate the new addition along with new site servicing to accommodate the addition to the facility. Please refer to the drawings and specifications for the complete project scope of work and requirements for the project.
