Bolsa Chica Elevator Maintenance, located at Bolsa Chica State Beach Lifeguard Headquarters, California State Parks, Orange Coast District. It is the intent of these specifications to obtain l00% complete preventative maintenance (PM) for the hydraulic pass two (2) stop elevator. This service agreement shall include monthly preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of worn or defective components, lubrication, cleaning and adjusting. All materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to provide this service must be provided by the contractor. Any work not specifically mentioned, but which is needed to make the maintenance complete within the intent of this specifications, shall be performed without additional cost. Contractor shall systematically examine, adjust and lubricate the elevator to provide PM as frequently as indicated herein. Contractor shall check-in/check-out upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, travel and per diem, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to maintain, inspect and repair one (1) passenger elevator located at the Department of Parks and Recreation, Bolsa Chica Lifeguard Headquarters. The 6% DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation is required. License Requirement: C-11 California Contractors State License Board Specialty License Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide elevator maintenance services.
