Site work for a water / sewer project in Schaghticoke, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project consists of the demolition of the existing 75,000-gallon elevated water storage tank and wooden structure under the tank. Additionally, the existing valve vault located under the wooden structure will be abandoned in place. Restoration and any site improvements (grading, fencing, etc.) are to be included. Budget: $300,000. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Submission of Bids in person prior to the bid opening date is allowed Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations.
