Interactive Flat Panels - ClearTouch Middle School Implementation Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/30/2025 03:00:00 PM (ET) The awarded Contractor will deliver IFP displays and mounts from the General Service Center (GSC) located at 1458 E. Chestnut Expressway Springfield, MO 65802 to the school for installation. Existing AV equipment will be removed from the designated rooms. The demo will involve the removal of the current projector, projector mount, screen, and all visible AV cabling from the designated classrooms. If the room has sheetrock on the walls, then the raceway will not be removed. If the room is cinderblock, then all raceways will be removed. Of the removed equipment, the projectors, and projector mounts will be returned to the District. All other equipment will be disposed of by the Contractor. IFP displays in the sizes of 75", 86", and 65" will be mounted to carts by the Contractor. All displays and mounts will be provided by the District. The District will provide a staging area on site for the assembly of carts and mounting displays. All packing materials will be disposed of by the Contractor. o Demo hours will be M - F 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. o The Contractor must provide their own supplies, tools, and equipment to complete all aspects of the project. o IFPs can be picked up from the loading docks at GSC (1458 E. Chestnut Expwy). Hours of operation on M - F 7:30 am - 3:00 pm. Minus any District holidays/closures. The Contractor will need to work with the IT team regarding pickup. o Surplus Equipment - the Contractor shall provide dumpsters to haul away smartboards and raceway. The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper disposal of all equipment, materials, and waste generated during the project in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws and regulations. o The Contractor shall be responsible for repairing any damage caused by equipment, traffic, or other activities.
