Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of construction of new three-lane roadway, 10 foot concrete trail, stormwater collection system from Division Street north and east connecting to LeCompte Road. Construction of new intersection improvements to the Division Street intersection with Eastgate and the LeCompte Road intersection with Eastgate. A certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages (and/or Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, whichever is higher if applicable).
