Water Treatment Plant Roof Replacement Bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid. The maintenance bond guarantees the maintenance in good condition of the workmanship and materials for a specified period after the completion and acceptance of the project by the Authority. The maintenance period is specified in the contract documents. The bond for the maintenance period is in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The bidder shall use the City of Midwest City bid documents only and all forms must be signed and notarized/ attested. The bidder shall file his/her bid in a sealed envelope. Each envelope shall bear a legible notation thereon that it is a bid upon the item proposed. The bid shall be filed with the Secretary in the City Clerk's office.
