As of February 14, 2025 the board has made the decision to reject all bids submitted. This action was necessary due to an irregularity in the bidding process. The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct water and fire line improvements as outlined in the bid documents. All bids shall be submitted on special blank forms included in the Bid Documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond conforming to Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Orange City School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bids which it deems favorable. No bids may be withdrawn, after the schedule closing time for the receipt of bids, for at least sixty (60) days. Question Deadline 01/31/2025
