PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is the intention of these Specifications and Plans to provide and Back secure the construction of the Berlin-Clementon Road (CR 534) Pedestrian Improvements in the Borough of Clementon, Camden County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. BID SECURITY: Must be in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00), is required and should be made payable to Clementon Borough. A Consent Surety Statement and Certification must be submitted. A Certificate of Authority issued by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance must be submitted.
