Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clementon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids will not be received after the specified time. Each proposal must state the name and address of person, firm or corporation interested in the same as a principal. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Borough of Clementon, and identified as bid for: "2024 Clementon Road Improvement Program." The Borough Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. It is the intention of these Specifications and Plans to provide and secure the construction of the 2024 Road Improvement Project in Back the Borough of Clementon, Camden County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. The proposed work generally consists of milling, HMA Surface Course, drainage improvements, traffic signage and striping, and related appurtenances for Trout Avenue, Van Horn Avenue, Erie Avenue, and Cherry Lane. Must be in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00), is required and should be made payable to Clementon Borough.
