Site work for a water / sewer project in Truckee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the demolition and replacement of five public piers along Donner Lake in Nevada County, California, in accordance with the plans and specifications. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the form provided and accompanied by a Certified check, Cashier's check, or Bidder's bond for 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to TDRPD. The above-mentioned check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder executes the Contract, if it be awarded to him or her, in conformity with the Contract Documents. TDRPD has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A" General Engineering license at the time that the Contract is awarded. Failure to possess the specified license shall render the Bid as non-responsive and shall act as a bar to award of the Contract to any bidder not possessing said license at the time of the award. Within 15 days after notification of the Award on Contract, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Said bond shall be secured from a Surety Company satisfactory to TDRPD. TDRPD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
