Asbestos Consulting Services Question Deadline 02/11/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Contract Term and Renewals the Award of This Solicitation Shall Be Effective From April 1, 2025 Through March 31, 2026. The Contract Will Extend Automatically for Four (4) Additional One-year Periods (Not to Exceed a Total of 5 Years) Unless Written Request by Either Party to Decline Extension for Additional Terms is Requested No Later Than Forty-five (45) Days Prior to the End of the Current Term. Scope of Work PURPOSE In order to be in compliance with federal, state and local purchasing laws, the Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for qualified firm(s) to provide Asbestos Consulting Services on an as-needed basis for District facilities, maintenance program requirements, and upcoming bond projects. Services include a 3-year AHERA inspection and management plan update as well as individual projects.
