Main St., Vineyard, UT). The proposed skate park facility (to be built within an area of approximately 50,000 square feet) must meet the safety standards for current skate park design principles that include flow, traffic patterns, and pertains to various skill and ability levels. The City is looking for design-and-build proposals from qualified skateboard park design firms for a non-supervised public concrete skate park. The City reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of the proposal. The City has budgeted twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the Vineyard City Skate Park Design. Budget for building of the skate park is dependent upon the city receiving a 50/50 match Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant of up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). Therefore, the overall cost for the Vineyard City Skate Park and design is estimated at no more than one million twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,025,000). The scope of work outlined below is to be used as a general guide and is notintended to be a complete list of all work necessary to complete the project.
