Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vineyard, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Vineyard invites proposals from qualified architectural firms to participate in a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the design of a new Lift Station 2 Upgrade & Spare Pumps building. The project site is located at approximately 4200 West Vineyard Rd, Vineyard, Utah, 84059. The City reserves the right to award the contract based solely on the initial proposals, with or without further discussions. Proposers are encouraged to submit their most competitive price and service offers. If deemed necessary, the City may select a few firms for additional interviews and presentations based on cost, quality, and experience. Selected firms should be prepared to commence work within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed is provided by the City. This RFP aims to provide sufficient information for firms to prepare their proposals in compliance with minimum requirements but does not restrict the inclusion of additional relevant details. Firms are encouraged to enhance their proposals beyond the specified requirements. The City is not responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or presentation of proposals. The City retains the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at its discretion. All contractual provisions must adhere to applicable state and local laws. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and or waive minor irregularities when to do so would be in the best interests of the City. Minor irregularities are those which will not have a significant adverse effect on overall competition or performance levels. ii. The responding party agrees that the City may terminate this procurement procedure at any time, and the City shall have no liability or responsibility to the responding party for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with this RFP, or such party's response. The proposal may be withdrawn upon request by the proposer, without prejudice, prior to, but not after, the time fixed to receive proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
