Questions Due Date: Jun 9th 2025, 4:00 PM MDT The City of Vineyard invites proposals from qualified trail and bike park design build teams to transform open space parcels bounded by N Eden Way (west), N 300 E (east), and Center Street (south) into a neighborhood scale mountain bike park. Proposals should encompass park improvements and park access recommendations. Two activity pods have been preliminarily identified: Pod Approx. Area Intent South Pod (Blue outline) ~1.7 ac Primary jump /flow line corridor with pump track loop and starter mound (specific for mountain bikes) North Pod (Yellow outline) ~0.9 ac Progression skills zone and kids' balance bike area (specific for suron bikes and e-bikes) The finished park must: o Serve riders of all ages and skill levels. o Fit a walk up "pocket park" context with minimal environmental disturbance. o Rely largely on native soils and incorporate sustainable drainage and erosion controls. Pre-Proposal Meeting: Not Required, Site Visits May Be Requested by the Proposer. Firms are strongly encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal package. Vineyard City reserves the right to award the contract based solely on the initial proposals, with or without further discussions.
