No definite date for the rebid.** Questions Due Date: Dec 1st 2025, 5:00 PM MST Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing through U3P Utah Public Procurement - Bonfire Interactive Portal Online Portal The City of Vineyard invites proposals from qualified trail and bike park design build teams to transform open space into a neighborhood scale Mountain Bike Dirt Park. Proposals should encompass land improvements and trail access recommendations. One activity pod has been preliminarily identified: Pod Approx. Area Intent North Pod (Yellow outline) ~1.2 ac Jump-lines, pump track loop, progression skills zone, and starter mound (specific for mountain bikes) The finished park must: o Serve mountain bike riders of all ages and skill levels. o Fit a walk up "pocket park" context with minimal environmental disturbance. o Rely largely on native soils and incorporate sustainable drainage and erosion controls. Vineyard City ("City") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified trail and bike-park design-build teams to deliver a neighborhood-scale Mountain Bike Dirt Park that will become a central recreational hub for Mountain Bikers in Vineyard City, located just off of Main Street. This project directly supports the City's Parks & Rec Master Plan goal of expanding youth-oriented outdoor amenities within walking distance of existing neighborhoods. The City anticipates 50 rider visits per peak-season Saturday and will coordinate with Vineyard Public Safety to ensure emergency access. Parking stalls currently exist near the proposed park space and no additional parking stalls will be installed at this time. Site Context o Current Condition: Vacant weedy parcel; gentle slopes (2-5 %) draining south-west toward Utah Lake. o Surrounding Land Use: o West - West of the proposed bike park location is a parking lot and the existing Vineyard City Hall building. East - East of the proposed bike park location is an asphalt trail and singlefamily homes. o South - South of the proposed bike park location is possible wetlands. o North - North of the proposed bike park location is an asphalt trail and single-family homes. o Utilities: Proposer responsible for Blue Stakes verification and avoidance. Vineyard City reserves the right to award the contract based solely on the initial proposals, with or without further discussions. Proposers are encouraged to submit their most competitive price and service offers.
