Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Vineyard, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Professional services requested include architectural firms to provide the design and related architectural services for a new District Office. The purpose is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If an agreement cannot be reached with the highest-ranked vendor, negotiations may proceed with the next highest-ranked vendor. Bidders are instructed not to include pricing when submitting their qualifications.
