Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Warren, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
** As of March 21 2025 , project was awarded to Klopp Construction but awarded amount is not available.** The Work consists of Single Prime Contract for the Project for the General Construction and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-bidders for a B type Occupancy addition (840 sf footprint) attached to the owner's present 1,792 sf building (2,632 total sf). Utilities electrical , water, sanitary sewer and natural gas lines serving the addition and existing building will re-routed and re-connected due to the construction of the addition. Site work consists of grading existing for positive drainage. The existing building will be in continuous operation during the addition's construction requiring power, communications and HVAC. Project is located at 453 North McKinley Street, Warren, Minnesota 56762. BID DATE: FEBRUARY 20, 2025. THE PROJECT COMPLETION DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 1, 2025.
