Site work and renovation of a library in Browns Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.

The Project consists of the construction of exterior restoration, tuckpointing, concrete & masonry repair, site grading and drainage, & window replacement E. Unit Price "UP-1" 1. After the joists are exposed the owner will decide if the joists will be replaced. Replace damaged deck floor joists. The Unit Price to be for board foort of 2x8. #2 Presure treated southern yellow pine. This includes labor and materials. F. After the decking is exposed the owner will choose Alternate 1 or Alternate 2. 1. Add Alternate "1" a. Is an ADD Alternate to provide and install new Douglas Fir decking to match the original decking. Seal all 6 sides with linseed oil before installing. Match deck board width and joint conditions. See Specific Notes on Drawing A-131. This includes labor and materials. 2. Add Alternate "2" a. Is an Add Alternate to provide and install new composite decking material similar to the existing Douglas Fir decking. See Specific Notes on Drawing A-131. This includes labor and materials
