The City is seeking Offers from qualified vendors to provide waste removal, disposal, and co-mingled recycling services for compactors, open-top, and front-load containers. The Contractor will supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide pick-up, removal, disposal, and urgent services for non-hazardous and universal waste at various locations at PHX and its surrounding airport properties, DVT, and GYR. The City of Phoenix (City) Aviation Department (Aviation) invites sealed offers to provide waste removal, disposal, and co-mingled recycling for compactors, open-top and front-load containers services for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (DVT), and Phoenix Goodyear Airport (GYR) on an as-needed basis for a three (3)-year contract term with two (2) one-year options to extend, which may be exercised by the sole discretion of the City. This Contract will commence on or about June 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.
