Public Services and Procurement Canada requires a temporary fit up of an existing Warehouse building in Calgary, AB as a secure storage and parking area for 400-600 vehicles. The Warehouse facility has a total area of 46,320 sqm featuring 10.97-meter clear ceiling heights with existing ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting, dock loading and 96 exterior trailer parking stalls. The Warehouse building includes the following existing areas/structures: Three separate office spaces for Three people, staff lunchroom for thirty-six people with separate locker area, washrooms and a separate shipping and receiving office for two people. Building has an exterior fenced and secured loading area. Building has seventy-eight loading docks, and four drive-in locations into the interior space. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation.
