Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The Work under the Contract consists of 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Glazing replacement at exterior windows, selective GWB repairs & painting, window sill and shade replacements. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Question Deadline 02/03/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by for general bids. The Project consists of but not limited to glazing replacement at exterior windows, selective GWB repairs & painting, window sill and shade replacements. Construction estimated: $60,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 &44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 &&26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit of the greatest possible bid amount & made payable to New Bedford Housing Authority.
