Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Quesnel, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Red Bluff Fire Hall project. This project is to replace the existing Red Bluff Fire Hall located at 611 Fir Street in Quesnel. The Region prefers an Engineered Steel Building that will house 4 apparatus bays, a training area, Turn Out Gear storage, SCBA filling and maintenance facilities, an office as well as washrooms and showers to accommodate the requirements of the fire department. TIMELINE: Request for proposal for architectural design services is closed. Award is pending. The Architect will: Assist the Region with the design of the project and in ensuring that the project meets all code requirements and is constructed per the final design. Further update in fall 2025, upon approvals.
