A Non-mandatory Site Visit Will Follow Immediately After the Pre-bid Conference. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) Shall Be Currently Licensed and Hold a Certification or Registration Issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor or General Contractor in Strict Accordance With Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. If the Awarded Contractor is a General Contractor, the Roofing Work Shall Be Performed by a Licensed Roofing Contractor.
