New Construction and Repair Items in the Creeper Trail Park The Town of Lansing Board of Aldermen, Lansing, NC, is advertising for bid proposals for the following new construction and repair items in the Creeper Trail Park located at 250 N & W Lane and J O Blevins Meadow. The bid to include the following items: Construction of a 20 ft. x 20 ft. stage in J O Blevins Meadow to include labor and material, waterproof roof, include safety railings on three sides with open front, electrically wired with adequate outlets to accommodate musical performance, and access steps on each side of stage. J O Blevins Meadow pedestrian bridge repair to include labor and material with construction of 14 steps with railings, include any necessary repairs to existing railings. Construct a covered Kiosk in Creeper Trail Park at 250 N & W Lane to accommodate a 4 ft. x 8 ft., double sided public display board to include one lockable 4 ft. door on each side, with Plexiglass for protection of postings; include a new 8 ft. x 14 ft. concrete pad base. Construct a covered Kiosk in the Mountaineer Campground. Approximate size 4 ft. x 5 ft. with a concrete mounting pad. Provide one 4 ft. x 7 ft. x 4 inch thick concrete pad for mounting a park bench. Furnish labor and material to repair a sliding barn door at 250 N & W Lane with new track and rollers approximately 16 ft. long. The Town of Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all of the submittals provided if determined by the Lansing Board of Aldermen to be in the best interest of the town.
