Renovation of a stadium in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Remove and Dispose of existing asphalt tile Dressing rooms, referee room, lobby, rink entrances, hallways and public washrooms Remove and dispose of existing rubber base Dressing rooms, referee room, lobby, rink entrances, hallways and public washrooms Floor preparation Prep floors where existing asphalt tiles are removed and new rubber tiles to be installed Supply and install Rubber Sport Tile flooring (10 mm) 24” x 24” square edge Dressing rooms, referee room, lobby, rink entrances, hallways and public washrooms Supply and install Rubber Base (4”) Dressing rooms, referee room, lobby, rink entrances, hallway and public washrooms Supply and install rubber tread/risers C/W abrasive visually impaired nosing strip Color to be determined Proponent to provide optional pricing to remove and reinstall bathroom partitions, toilets and benches. The Town is seeking pricing on the replacement of the bathroom partitions.
