Utah Tech University is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the Clock Tower Plaza Renovation Project. This project aims to enhance and upgrade the plaza surrounding the Universitys clock tower, transforming it into a more functional and visually appealing space for the campus community. The renovation involves multiple trades, and contractors have the option to bid on individual trades or submit a comprehensive proposal for the entire project. Please review the bid documents carefully for detailed requirements, timelines, and submission guidelines. When selecting the successful bidder(s), the University will consider the best value, taking into account pricing and lead time. Please note that bids will not be scored or rated. The University intends to award the contract to one or more vendors who can provide the necessary services for the required trades. For detailed information on the project scope, timeline, and bid submission process, refer to the full Invitation for Bid (IFB) document All vendors interested in bidding must submit a Letter of Intent indicating their intent to bid on the project. Failure to submit this document may result in the bid being automatically rejected. Letters must be emailed to malia.tafua@utatech.edu no later than January 17, 2025, at noon. Question Deadline: 01/29/2025 at 12:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted electronically via U3P. Responses will be posted on the U3P platform.
