Site work for a mixed-use development in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and development.
The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Snow Canyon State Park (SCSP) is requesting bids for fence removal and reconstruction of approximately 1.83 miles (9,760 feet) of Desert Tortoise fence within the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area (NCA) and approximately 0.71 miles (3,781 feet) within Snow Canyon State Park (Table 1). All Desert Tortoise Fence projects are located within Washington County, Utah (Refer to attached Maps for specific locations). Additionally, this contract includes purchase of fence supplies described in Part 6 of this contract. Construction and Removal of approximately 13,541Feet of fence according to Attachment B : Scope of Work. The Contractor is required to supply the fence materials to be installed, and shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to complete the work, according to Attachment B : Scope of Work Mandatory Site Visit: No. Question Deadline 01/27/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online.
