Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in St George, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and 12,000-square-foot fire / police facility.

Project Description: The City of St. George invites qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for the design and oversight of Fire Station #2. The project involves designing a new Fire Station to meet the community's needs. The new Fire Station will be located on a 2.5-acre lot. It will need four apparatus bays, possibly adding ambulance services. The facility will be roughly 12,000 square feet and house 10 full-time firefighters working three shifts. It will also need an administrative area with three offices, a full kitchen, a day room, a training room, a fitness room, turnout gear storage, EMS storage and a Police Substation.
