The Washington County Water Conservancy District (District) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Construction Services of the Quail Creek Water Treatment Plant (QCWTP) 10 Million Gallon Tank B. Questions Due Date: Feb 12th 2025, 11:30 AM MST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any formality in the prequalification process, and to make selection and prequalify Contractors and to modify the schedule and scope of this project as it may best serve the interest of the Owner. The Work for the Quail Creek WTP 10MG Tank B Project includes the following elements: Clearing, grubbing, and site preparation. Construction of a new 10 million gallon (MG), rectangular, baffled, conventional reinforced concrete tank. Construction of yard piping improvements, and connections to transmission piping. Excavation to construct the new tank within the limits of the site; backfill and grading; construction of new access road and site improvements. Site restoration.
